Orders placed Monday to Friday will be despatched the next working day for delivery Before 1pm (excludes Saturday and Sunday). Requires Signature.
UK - Click and Collect
Orders placed using the click and collect service will be ready for collection 48 hours from receiving the confirmation email. Please note click and collect orders will all be available for collection from the flagship store; Lucy Choi London, 18 Connaught Street, London, W2 2AF.
How to click and collect
Place your order online, and at the checkout process you will be offered the choice of home delivery or Click and Collect. Please continue purchase and make payment. Once payment has been authorized you will be sent an email from our in-house team to confirm your order is ready for collection from our flagship store.
Please collect within 14 days of receving your "Ready for collection" email.
Please bring a copy of the order (either printed or on a device) with a form of photo ID and the payment card used.

Please note that should you choose to have your order delivered by Standard delivery, we accept no liability for orders that are lost or undelivered in transit. We always retain proof of postage to your country. If you order Goods from our Website for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
There are a small number of postcodes in the UK, usually in remote rural areas, where we cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescale, however we will notify you as soon as possible.
We deliver to most postal areas in the UK. We reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address or PO Box. If this affects your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.
A signature will be required on receipt of your goods being delivered by Next Day delivery. If you are not around to accept your parcel a calling card will be posted through your door to let you know a delivery has been attempted.
Please note that orders are only dispatched Monday to Friday. If an order is placed by 1:00pm on Friday, it will be dispatched the same day. If an order is placed after this time, or on Saturday and Sunday, the order will be dispatched on Monday. Please note that orders are not dispatched on public holidays.
We are able to deliver Same Day to some London postcodes if required. If you wish to use this service please contact Lucy Choi London to obtain a quote, as price will vary depending on location.

Customer service is of premier importance to us at Lucy Choi London. Your confidence in us and the service we provide is our number one priority. We believe our returns policy is fair and open, however, there are some stipulations that we make in the interest of efficiency:
In the event of a return, we require that you return the new and unused goods to us with all the original packaging i.e. shoe box & dust bag as these are considered as part of the product, within 14 Days of receiving the goods. The return address is Lucy Choi London, 18 Connaught Street, London W2 2AF.
If you are returning a web purchase, in person to our store, please note that they will be passed to our Web Department for the refund to be processed, which will normally take up to two working days. We are unable to process a refund in store against a web purchase.
When trying on shoes, please be mindful not to scratch the soles or mark the shoe box.
New and unused means there are no marks on the item and that the item has been returned to us in its saleable condition. Upon receipt of an order, if any item is believed to be faulty, the customer should notify us (by phone or email) on the same day they receive the goods if they wish to return. Please note that Lucy Choi London can not be held responsible for any damage to shoes due to general wear and tear.
Please complete the returns form enclosed with your item(s). It is your responsibility to ensure the parcel reaches us safely, so you may wish to upgrade your delivery to a tracked delivery service. We regret we cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of returned goods. Any goods received out side of the returns period are accepted at the discretion of Lucy Choi London.
Lucy Choi London will be happy to refund you the amount that you paid for the item but will not refund you the postage of those items to or from our offices. For any exchanges/returns, all postage will be required to be paid for by the customer.
Any refunds can only be reimbursed to the original card that was used to make the purchase.
Please note that if you are returning your item in person, for a refund or exchange we can not guarantee this can be processed whilst you wait, as some stock is held at our warehouse. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours.
Please note, in the event goods from the original purchase are returned to Lucy Choi London and refunded, and as such the sum value of the purchase drops below the qualifying threshold value the offer will no longer be valid and the customer will be required to return the complimentary item to Lucy Choi London.
Sale Items - some sale items may have been on display and may have marks to their soles, this is not deemed as faulty, they are simply a sale item.
